Where do Grains come from and what do they give our bodies?Grains come from plants like rice, wheat, and oats; they give our bodies energy needed to move and play

What are "sometimes foods"?Foods with extra sugar or saturated fat that don't belong to a food group (like candy, soda, butter) or less healthy choices within a group (like cookies or ice cream); should only be eaten sometimes
